Dear Peri Posse,
Last week, we talked about the vital role of community and how you want the Peri Posse to show up in your life.
(Your feedback is at the bottom of this email.)
This week, I promised to dive into the second most requested topic from the Peri Posse: Solutions.
Because we’re all looking for them, right? Not just in perimenopause, but in every aspect of our life.
It’s natural to ask our friends, family, colleagues, and community for advice. And when it comes to perimenopause, many of you are turning to this community with the same questions:
What are you taking?
What’s helping?
What’s not worth the hype?
What’s life-changing—and what’s just a bunch of B.S.?
To date, I’ve been a little… how do I put this… reserved about sharing my personal supplement routine publicly.
Why? Well, first—I’m not a doctor. And second, because:
✔ What works for me may not work for you.
✔ What works for you might also be a game-changer for many others.
✔ What works for many others, a few might not tolerate.
Each of us has our own bio-individuality, and I NEVER want to steer anyone in the wrong direction.
That said—I’ve spent over two years experimenting with custom blends, herbs, tinctures, powders, teas, and supplements to the point where I often don’t think I can take any more! Plus I'm running out of room 😅
But here’s the thing… some of this stuff is really helping me. And my entire mission is to help YOU.
So maybe it's time to share my custom solutions-in-progress with you.
There’s no magic bullet for perimenopause (I used to think there was), but there is enough science, research, and ancient wisdom to confidently say:
"Hey! Some of these ingredients might benefit you too!"
So how can I share solutions in a way that’s helpful, ethical, and as safe as possible?
By being honest with you.
By being an open book.
By doing the best we can.
And by bringing in the best.
For the past three years, I’ve been working with a specialist with 20 years of experience helping women through all phases of their reproductive health.
She’s a Master of Chinese Herbs, a Fellow in Chinese Reproductive Medicine, and much much more!
And I just can't wait to introduce her to you... next week! (We’re still finalizing a few details, so stay tuned.)
So what does this all boil down to for you?
🌿 I’ll continue to share trusted knowledge about herbs, vitamins, and foods shown to support hormone health—like today’s feature on Red Clover, a potent phytoestrogen believed to help with hot flashes!
🌿 I’ll also start sharing some of the custom blends I’m developing with our new expert, including one for deep sleep—a personal struggle of mine.
😴 And if we create something truly effective, we hope to share it with you one day too!❤️
What are the top 3 symptoms you’re struggling with right now?📩 Hit reply and let me know!

Okay, that’s a big update —I hope it leaves you excited for next week!
Until then, don't miss the content below and keep taking care of yourself!
